Exploring the foundations of machine learning
The collection studies classical models such as linear regression, logistic regression, Adaline and the perceptron, alongside deep learning architectures. Classical examples use NumPy, while representative deep learning models use PyTorch.
The repository includes recurrent networks, LSTM and GRU models, a graph neural network, a Transformer, a Vision Transformer, U-Net and R-CNN-family implementations. It is a learning-oriented implementation collection, rather than a packaged production library.
